Please take the time to read the following details concerning my services and guidelines. This will help set a good foundation for our coaching relationship. By clicking ‘I agree’ you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms described here.

SCHEDULING: Each individual session will be 50 minutes in length and is to be scheduled at least seven (7) days in advance if possible. At the scheduled time, we will meet by phone or online. I will provide all the appropriate session links or contact information by email. If you must cancel your scheduled coaching session, a 24-hour notice is required. Your otherwise paid session is not transferable. However, if there is an emergency, contact me as soon as possible and we will make other arrangements. All Dream Circle sessions are at least 90 minutes, and the group is convened online at pre-arranged dates and times.

COACHING SESSION PREP: Prior to our first individual meeting fill out the Welcome Pre-Work Form and return to me. I will provide this Form by email. To help create a relaxed backdrop for our session together, please make sure that you are in a quiet, private setting.

PAYMENT: During the initial discovery call we settle upon the best coaching package for you. If there is a discount or coupon, that is reflected in the online payment invoice. Note that this terms & conditions agreement is prompted prior to the final step of your payment process. Please be sure to read the document in its entirety and check the box if you agree with the terms. Payment is due in full prior to all coaching or dreamwork sessions. The exception is the Ongoing Journey Package which has the option of monthly payments. Sessions for the Ongoing Journey Package will continue as monthly payments are received.

REFUNDS: You have two weeks from the date of purchase for a full refund. However, once the coaching or dreamwork series begins a 50% refund is possible after the first session. Thereafter, no refunds are issued. There are no refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to katharine@kdkane.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by KDKane LLC. The coaching packages and Dream Circle series are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or modified in any way.

EMAIL ACCESS: As part of the Ongoing Journey Package, I am available in-between sessions M-F for short emails if you are interested in sharing a success or gain clarity. I do not bill for additional time for these clients. There is no in-depth email coaching.

CONFIDENTIALITY: I will use all reasonable measures to keep all client contact information and records confidential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: By checking the accept button online, you understand and agree to the following:
● I understand that coaching and dreamwork is not a replacement for professional mental health care or medical services including psychotherapy or counseling. I understand that coaching and dreamwork is not intended to diagnosis, treat, or care for any mental health or medical conditions. I agree to seek professional mental health or medical services if needed.
● I agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during coaching and dreamwork sessions, and subsequently, including all my choices and decisions.
● I understand that the information provided through coaching and dreamwork materials and during coaching and dreamwork sessions is offered with the sole purpose of helping me achieve defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent and give this consent to my coach and dreamworker to assist me in achieving these goals.
● I understand that information provided, and discussed, in this coaching or dreamwork is confidential unless I state otherwise, in writing. However, I understand that if I report abuse, neglect, or threaten to harm myself or someone else, the coach Katharine Kane will take any actions she believes to be necessary to protect my safety and the safety of others, which may include disclosure of confidential information, with or without notice to me, and her confidentiality obligations do not apply to such disclosures. Furthermore, if the coach Katharine Kane is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires, and she will not be required to notify me or seek my consent for such disclosures.
● I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks inherent in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom and other technology; these risks include potential compromises to the security or confidentiality of my information.
● I understand that the coach Katharine Kane makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved.
● I release, waive, acquit and forever discharge my coach Katharine Kane, and any of her agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may have or claim to have, now and at any time in the future, arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my coach as a result of the advice given by my coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. This agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements, and no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to incentivize or encourage me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
● I understand that Katharine Kane does not provide medical, legal, financial, or tax advice, and that I am responsible for seeking appropriate advice in such areas from qualified professionals in such areas and may not rely on Katharine Kane for such advice.
● I understand that all Katharine Kane’s coaching and dreamwork materials and documents are proprietary and meant for my personal use. I will not share, duplicate, or otherwise distribute or sell the materials.
● By checking the online accept button, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this agreement, that I understand all aspects within it, and I agree to it.
